Online Purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt for a store credit. Returned products must be in perfect saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. For Australian domestic orders, please reach out to us on contact us postage is at customers own cost.

Exchanges

We understand that buying the wrong size can be super frustrating and we will try to make the process as smooth as possible. You can exchange an item due to the wrong size for a store credit which you use to place a new order. If you would like to exchange an item due to the size you can return within 14 days upon receipt.

Faulty Items
If your items are faulty or not as described you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange of a refund. If you are returning these items and 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the costs of any return postage for good bought online which are fault or not as described.
